Seeking Just One Argument from a Leftist in Favor of Using Race to Determine Voting Districts
On the Recent SCOTUS Decision Against Racism
The Supreme Court rightly ruled that we can’t be racist when drawing voting districts. In other words, they ruled that race cannot be a factor in drawing voting districts. They ruled that we can’t use racial gerrymandering. And The Left responded in RAGE.
Last night I asked if anyone who disagrees with the SCOTUS decision would be willing to make an argument, in their own words, for using race to draw voting districts. I had just come from a day of listening to and judging high school seniors on their Senior Thesis presentations. It was so exhilarating to watch young people, having spent time researching and writing a position paper, defend that position on their feet in real time, offering arguments and then rebuttals to counterarguments.
Would that Leftist Adults learn to do the same.
Here’s what I got from most leftist adults INSTEAD of them just making even one argument in favor of something they claim to support:
1) EMOTIONALITY. Mostly Anger. This involved a lot of vulgar and abusive language, a lot of ad hominem and attempted personal insults, and a general inability to control themselves or engage like a rational adult. Low impulse control. Low executive function.
2) AD HOMINEM. Personal insults, lies, defamation. Trying to attack the person they disagree with as a person, instead of engaging with the opinion and making an argument or a rebuttal.
3) PROJECTION and DARVO. Deny and Reverse Victim and Offender. You can think of DARVO like an extreme form of projection, when committed by someone who demonstrates repeated Cluster B behaviors, which most leftists do. A few examples of their projection:
A) They support racist policy (using race to determine voting districts) while calling anyone who disagrees with racism a racist.
B) They use abusive, hateful and vulgar language, while also calling the people they treat that way the hateful and abusive ones.
C) They are dumb. They cannot make or defend arguments, so they shout that the people who make arguments they disagree with are dumb.
4) RACISM. I didn’t hear any arguments made in defense of using racism to draw voting districts, because they can’t make an argument it seems. BUT I did hear a lot of racist invective and stereotypes about both white people and black people.
Leftists, here’s another invitation. Please try making even just one argument, in your own words, in favor of using race to draw voting districts. Did you not learn how to do this in school?
In preparation, I’ve included some links and information for you below.
Read the Voting Rights Act.
Read the SCOTUS decision in Louisiana vs. Callais.
Also, so that everyone is aware, this is the nonsensical district the Democrats were trying to add, not drawn by geography or neighborhoods but by race. See how it crosses several existing districts? This is a visual of what racial gerrymandering looks like:

They can't think, and don't want to. They're just programmed activist bots and they dehumanize anyone who challenges their programming. Which is very dangerous.
Thank you for writing this post. This morning I read Jeff Childers’ great critique of Barack Obama’s lamenting of how “a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach.”
In his critique he reminds us that (1) our system is not a “democracy” under which a majority rules, but is a representative republic. (2) “Minority groups” don’t have rights because groups don’t have rights. In the American constitutional system, individuals—not groups—hold the rights. There is literally no such thing as “rights of minority groups.”
Leftists love to erase individuals, because it is essential to their view that world as a competition for power between identity groups—there is no individual.
