They can't think, and don't want to. They're just programmed activist bots and they dehumanize anyone who challenges their programming. Which is very dangerous.

Thank you for writing this post. This morning I read Jeff Childers’ great critique of Barack Obama’s lamenting of how “a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach.”

In his critique he reminds us that (1) our system is not a “democracy” under which a majority rules, but is a representative republic. (2) “Minority groups” don’t have rights because groups don’t have rights. In the American constitutional system, individuals—not groups—hold the rights. There is literally no such thing as “rights of minority groups.”

Leftists love to erase individuals, because it is essential to their view that world as a competition for power between identity groups—there is no individual.
